Privacy Policy

At Edenite Enterprises, privacy is not a regulatory obligation; it is the fundamental architecture of our firm. We operate a closed ecosystem. Our work is deeply personal, and the information you entrust to us is protected in strict accordance with international data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Effective January 1st 2026, this document outlines how we handle your data.

1. Information We Collect

Our digital presence is intentionally minimal. We operate with strict data constraint, requiring only the information dictated by the context at hand.

We use foundational analytics to monitor general web traffic and ensure the security and performance of our digital environment.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by web browsers to help websites remember information about your visit. We only use cookies for essential functionality. We strictly refuse the use of invasive marketing trackers or data-harvesting tools, and we do not build marketing profiles.

Beyond preliminary inquiries, entering into a formal business relationship may require the collection of highly sensitive identity, corporate, and financial documentation. This is an uncompromising requirement to satisfy international Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We do not apologize for this friction; it is the cost of operating a legally bulletproof organization.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Any context provided to Edenite is used strictly to evaluate avenues of collaboration and to manage our existing business relationship. We process your data exclusively under the following lawful bases: to execute the terms of our partnership (Contract), to comply with stringent financial regulations (Legal Obligation), and to protect the integrity of our firm (Legitimate Interest).

3. Third-Party Access

We do not participate in the data-brokering economy. Your information is never sold or traded. Access to your data is restricted entirely to our team, our bound legal and financial counsel, and secure third-party auditing entities required solely to satisfy regulatory mandates.

4. Partners & Jurisdiction

To maintain the integrity of our closed ecosystem, we utilize vetted, enterprise-grade technology partners to host and process data. For security purposes, we do not publicly disclose the architecture of our technology stack. However, all third-party infrastructure including secure cloud storage, analytics, and tools are encrypted and governed by strict, legally binding data processing agreements.

Your data is housed securely within the European Economic Area (EEA) / Switzerland, subject to jurisdictions that enforce rigorous, globally recognized data protection laws. Any operational transfer of information across international borders is executed exclusively under verified adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Data Protection & Retention

We use industry standards and best practices as our baseline. Our team is fully committed to following internal security protocols with integrity ensuring your information remains behind closed doors.

To operate within strict compliance laws, documentation and formal business records must be retained for the legally mandated duration (typically 5 to 7 years) following the conclusion of our relationship. Preliminary correspondence that does not result in a business relationship is purged when it is no longer operationally necessary.

6. Exercising Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable international laws, you retain ultimate ownership of your data. You maintain the authority to:

  • Request Access: Demand a complete record of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request Rectification: Correct any inaccuracies in your context or records.

  • Request Portability: Transfer your data to another entity in a secure format.

  • Request Erasure: Command the complete and permanent deletion of your records from our systems. (Note: The right to erasure is not absolute and is superseded by our legal obligation to retain specific records).

To exercise your rights, or to discuss security and privacy, please contact our team directly at contact@edenite.com
